Hi, I am planning to get a Jumbo house by selling off my house 5rm + parent’s house 4rm . However we are under proximity grant and my current house is nearly 3 years old. My parent’s house is under their name + my brother name. However my brother is planning to get married soon and 40k is needed to remove his name from the house. Can my plan work to sell off two houses and upgrade to Jumbo.. ? Need your advice. Thanks
