I am planning to buy an EC with my wife but unfortunately, she had bought a property together with her brother for their parents in Msia to stay before our marriage, hence i believe she is deemed to have an ownership in private property. The property was purchased at RM270k. My question is - Is there a value below which an overseas property is not considered a private property by HDB?
