Hi,
I am owner of a unit at Casa Merah. I want to rent my condo but need an Agent only for some limited services:
Need Agent to:
1. Help me list my unit at PropertyGuru, for which I will supply all the wording, pictures, price etc. Has to provide my name/contact in the listing and specifying I am the main contact, as I will do all the work to meet and negotiate with tenant and tenant's agent.
2. When I have a deal, the Agent needs to be with me at signing, and once contract is signed, needs to help finish the stamp duty procedure.
For above services, I would like to pay the following fees:
1. $50 cash - at successful listing in PropertyGuru
2. $100 cash - at closing
3. $150 cash - when Stamp Duty is completed
This is in essential an opportunity for an Agent to earn no risk fee income. I don't need receipt.
At first meeting/payment, I will provide Electricity Bill to proof my ownership of the property.
