Hi I am looking for an apartment or condo over 1500sq feet in district 15 or 16. I am not too concerned about facilities rather I want a relatively new and spacious place. Are walk up apartments more suitable? Budget 5k or less

Will you be interested in a patio unit at The Nclave (Lorong N Telok Kurau)? 1539 sqft, 2 Bedrooms (originally 3 BR unit), 2 baths, partial furnished for 2 years at $5,000/mth. Unit is nicely renovated.
