Hi, I am looking for a 3 rooms resale flat. My budget is below 270k. Currently staying in 5 rooms which need to be disposed asap as I am now a divorcee. Not able to apply bank loan for some reason and i have utilise the HDB loan and would like to appeal since i have the custody of 4 children and looking after my 70 years old mom. Prefer a place where minimum reno is required as budget is really tight. Pls advice. Thanks.
