Unfortunately you can only apply for the next property (be it new EC or resale EC) only after your 5 years of MOP is met, hence in 2025.

Hi,

1) Only upon completion of MOP you are allowed to do anything else on the property.
2) Be it apply for BTO/SBF, buy a new launch/resale EC, buy a resale HDB flat and buy private residential property for investment.
3) Thus you will have to wait for another 2 years; i.e. complete the 5-year MOP before you can do anything on the property.
