Hi, I am a working adult above the age of 21. I would like to purchase a BTO flat with my mother, however my mother is a single mom and is never married. Despite that she is still my legal mother as stated in the birthcert and she has been my legal parent over these years. Can we purchase a flat together? Thank you.
