Afternoon Sherry, You are able to purchase private property be it in Singapore or overseas as you have fulfilled the MOP of your HDB. But do bear in mind, if you purchase a private property in SG. You have to sell your HDB within 6 months after private property completion if your spouse is a SPR as well. As for overseas property purchase, you don't have to sell off your HDB. Hope it helps!
