Hi Yin,

If you are currently servicing a housing loan, you will only be eligible for 60% loan to the value of property purchased. Otherwise it is 80% if you are free from any housing loan. My advise will be to speak to a financially qualified banker for any financial related enquiry you have.

Hi Yin,

Based on your income, you should be able to get a housing loan subject to the bank's credit risk assessment.

Hi Yin,
If this is your first purchase, most likely you will be getting 70%-80% loan from the banks. The banker will be the best person to assist you in this matter.
