Hi, I am a foreigner living in Singapore for many years. I would now like to buy a Condo for self-occupancy purposes. My budget is around 650-700K. I know i can find many new launches in this price range but is there any project which has a TOP of 2012-2013 which i can look at in this budget. I am looking at min. 700 sqft. I prefer Punggol or Sengkang neighbourhoods but other areas with easy accessibility to MRT are also welcome.

I have a few new launches in Punggol that fits your criterias ie size and budget(except the TOP date)..easily accesible to MRT / public transport..near to ammenities..Please feel free to contact me if you would be keen.Thanks

New launches at Punggol:
1) FLO Residences
2) River Isles
And some other new launches, but the TOP date is after 2013.
