1) I am single and will turn 35 in July 2014. Does this mean that I can only start applying after my birthday?
2) I am looking for resale 3rm flats. I don't mind non-mature or very old estates but i would like to get one within 0.6km of an MRT (not LRT) station, the closer the better. In which old HDB estates will there be more flats meeting this criteria, with relativley low COV?
3) I know HDB hasn't released details, but if I am eligible for the new 2rm flats for singles, is it likely they will be near the MRT in non-mature estates?
