Hi, I am a currently holding a EP pass. I would like to know what would be the best investment for a foreigner in Singapore whereby the taxation /Stamp duty is not that high. Would a shophouse for commercial use / i.e to rent out be a better option and how much stamp duty would i have to pay for that. Please advise. Thank you
