Hi, I am a 55 year old divorcee. I would like to apply for 4 room BTO (second time applicant), which means I need to form a family nucleus. If I list my 24 year old kid as essential occupier and remove her as essential occupier after MOP (5 years), can i still retain my 4 room BTO?
Saw the last paragraph in this link which confuses me:
"You can remove the names of the existing occupiers from the flat if they are no longer staying in the flat and if it does not affect your eligibility to retain the flat under the eligibility scheme."
For example, the removal may mean that you no longer fulfil the criteria of a family nucleus, rendering you ineligible to retain your flat under the eligibility scheme.
