Hi, I am a 33 years old single Singaporean and is looking for a condo pricing at around 600k to 700k for investment. Currently not holding any property but previously owned a HDB flat.
Some questions to ask, is it possible to buy a condo solely under my name or must I tag someone along? Does the new measure, ABSD affect me if I will to buy a condo after tml??
