The most efficient way will be to work with a full-time realtor who is active and can give you the latest info on most Developer sales.

Also do take note such balance units are usually bigger sized 3 to 4 bedder units or Penthouses with higher price quantums. This is especially so with projects closer to TOP. Dear sir/madam,

A salesperson who has good resource should be able to work alongside you to secure such a unit, however, do take note that unless you are seeking to purchase this unit as an investment, usually such units with discounts will be the "leftover" units which maybe less favourable among property buyers which allows investors to buy in at a lower price and able to rent these units out at a lower price too in comparison to units bought at a premium. Do bear in mind that although discounts are given, developers will still be looking at their profit margin therefore do not expect super huge discounts for such units.
