Hi guys, due to time constrains, preferably able to move in in the next 6 months. Prefer a brand new unit over resale. Looking at sub sale unit 3 bedder at Park Colonial and Parc Esta, which is a better choice? Thanks!

Park Colonial had already TOP while Parc Esta is expected to TOP in Q3 2022. If you are looking to move in in the next 6 months, Park Colonial may be more suitable for you considering the time required for renovation, buying of furnitures / appliances, etc.

There are many great 3 bedder unit for sale at both Park Colonial and Parc Esta, each with their own pros and cons.
