Hi Gurus,I have a private unit with my wife (SPR) at Singapore with outstanding loan around 200K$, the new regulation stop us to buy HDB resale unit, Can we transfer the private unit to my parent-in-law whom are LTSV holders (Parent in law are stay with us at Singapore, 65 years old), and then make us eligible to buy HDB unit? To pay installment on both units are affordable for us. Thanks advance.
