Hi Gurus, we are contemplating between a 3bdr at Stirling Residences and a 4bdr a Whistler Grand. Which will be a better choice? We are looking for own stay and around west and central west area, preferably near good primary sch for our child. Location wise we know whistler is kinda inconvenient, the only plus point is the close proximity to nan hua. Can you kindly share your views here? Thank you!

Do you have plans to liquidate this property purchase in the near future?

Purchasing a property is never only about the entry point but you will need to consider the exit strategy unless you are going to be there for long term.

There are just going to be many different reasons to support each project in terms of its attractiveness and since it is going to be for your family stay, the comfort will also matter and there will be great difference between a 3 bedroom unit and a 4 bedroom unit.

To be frank, I prefer the environment over in Whistler Grand as it gives me a more cosy feel overall and with Ayer Rajah Market nearby and other amenities, the only probable difference will be the distance to MRT.

Perhaps we can discuss more in terms of your family needs unless you are only focusing on the dollars and cents in terms of purchase.

Yes for sure. We would definitely move out near future
Good afternoon,

I would think that purchasing for own stay many motivating factors are subjective and personal which the purchasers will already know best (such as preferred layout, size and proximity to loved ones / workplace etc.). Perhaps you may want to consider the angle of exit strategy as well, as after all, from experience meeting with clients at different phases of lives, it is likely you might move again in the mid to long term. There is probably where I can value add with my inputs. Both projects has its pros and cons, no property is perfect. May I know which layouts you are looking at so I could value add with more detailed inputs? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Warm Regards,

Looking at 3br premium in stirling and 4bdr in whislter
Hi, if you are purchasing for own stay, I would assume that you do not have the intention to rent or to sell in the near future. Having said that, I feel that the loan amount that you are comfortable as well as the mrt station and nearby amenities would be of utmost importance to you. By the way, these 2 projects happen to be marketed by my company and I would be most glad to assist you further. Pls feel free to let me know if you would like to know any pricing as well as the floorplan. Have a good weekend.

Regards

Hi,

May I know how many children do you have? Do you need a 4BR? Or a 3BR is sufficient for your family?

The above are just some of the questions you have to ask yourself, so that you will have a clearer picture on which product is more suitable for you.

Other factors you may wish to consider are things like, how old are your children? How many years do you intent to stay in this location? What's your exit strategy going forward?

If you're keen to hear more of my sharing, do get in touch with me, we can sit down for a detailed discussion on your plans for the next 5 to 15 years.

Should you need any further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen

Good day!

Your question will have to be dependent on a few points such as budget, convenience, family size, etc.

I believe that I am the RIGHT person to answer your question, being the proud owner of Stirling Residences myself.

However, each and every individual has their own concerns and requirements. It would be best for me to fully understand your requirements before I can advise.

As I am marketing both projects, I hope to better understand your needs before I can recommend the correct project to you.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Thanks & Best Regards,
