1. Flat was built in 1980s, meaning there is only around 57 years left. How salable are flats like this. If I wish to sell this property after 6 years, will I be losing out?
2. What is the likelihood of it going for SERS? If it undergoes SERS, what is the compensation I can expect? HDB website said they will compensate according to market value. So let's say in 5 years the flat is worth $800,000. Is that the amount they compensate or much less?
3. If the flat for sale is under an Ethnic Quota Restriction, does this mean in the future when I sell, I have to have this same condition?
4. If the Ethnic Quota Restriction is applicable, am I restricted also as to whom I rent out the flat?
5. Can I keep the resale flat and buy a private property after my MOP?
