Hi gurus, im pending valuation for my hdb flat and looking forward to selling it soon. I am looking at buying a 4 bedroom EC with a budget of 900k somewhere in Pasir Ris/Tampines. Is this a realistic budget. If i cant get my sale proceed in time for the 5% downpaymeny, can i take a bridging loan? Any banker to recommend. Thanks!

Morning Rean,

I'm currently serving my client for purchase of EA / EM within Pasir Ris and Tampines. $900k is a good budget to work on. As for the bridging loan, it will be very dependent on your current market valuation and how much you can get back after the sales.
