Hi Gurus,
I'm Male / 30 yrs old / Singaporean currently living in 5rm-HDB (Valued at $400k) in the East. Gross income about $3.5k/mth. I left 3 more yrs to reach MOP.
May I know how much cash & CPF needed if I intend to buy a Condo/EC worth about $800k after reaching the MOP? How much loan can I get to achieve the said condo if I still have outstanding HDB loan?
As for investment, is it better to flip the condo (sub-sale) or buy it and rent out the condo later? Or stay in the condo and rent out my HDB flat?
Main target is to have a long term passive income. When is the best time to do all the above?
