Definitely The Vue being a freehold developmemt that has just TOP, it will have certain plus points over other projects. The main thing that we should do is to bring to capture the buyers' attention with these plus points.

If you do not mind, may I request that we meet up for a non obligatory chat on how we can go about the sale and I can also share with you what are some of the marketing strategies that I may have for your unit.

Of course we will also need to plan the financial portion properly so as to achieve your plan of purchasing a 2 bedroom condo for immediate occupation.
