Hi gurus, i was thinking to buy suites@paya lebar 1bedr $574k TOP Oct12 and planning for own stay abt 2 or 3yrs then sell it off or rent it out. Once my husband granted with PR then we will proceed to buy HDB. Loan $400k. wondering if i can get break even in return eventually. Apprec your pro advise. tks
