Hi Sir/Mdm,
You will be assigned a new HDB on a fresh 99 years lease if enbloc occur at the designated sites. If you do not wish to get a unit at the designated sites, you will be given priority in other BTOs that HDB is offering at that point of time. In most circumstances, you will not be required to top up as the new flat will be a similar size or model as your current flat.
