Hi gurus, I own a HDB unit purchased 5 years ago. No HDB loan and grant. MOP for renting out is 3 years. Also bought a small condo obtaining TOP this year. Is my understanding correct that HDB owner can purchase private property after fulfilling TOP but must continue to stay in HDB? Is there anyway I can move to stay in condo and rent out the whole HDB flat?

If you are SC, you are allowed to stay in the private property and rent out your HDB unit.
