Hi Gurus, I intended to sell off my 4NG with recess area total of 100sqm, located at Jurong west ST41 blk481, Like to know how much can i sell as i got intention in getting BTO. Secondly, some calculation adivse. Bought at $210k, left over mortage $120k, and cpf topup of total $114k. Is the left over taken in cash? left over mortage loan of $120k is to HDB? When is the time i need to pay the resale levy of $40k?

Morning Yip,

The current valuation on your unit is around $370k, with COV asking of around $25k to $35k. Let's assume your selling price is $395k, your profit from sales is around $160k, in cash.
Payment of resale levy depends on whether you are selling of your current unit first or after collection of the keys to your BTO unit.
