Hi Gurus

I am a 41 year old single planning to buy a house on my own. I understand I can only buy a new 2 room bto but I don't want to wait for long. Can I afford to buy a resale flat(3 room) with a cpf of about 47k plus and my hle loan is up to 115,700( note that i applied loan for a 2 room flat). And I do not have that much cash.

Please any advice. Thanks a lot in advance
