Unless you sell off your current HDB, if not this purchase will be considered as your second residential property in Singapore. You need to pay ABSD and adhere to CPF minimum sum unless there are changes to these rulings anytime soon.

Maybe you can share with me your finances so I will be in a better position to advise you the quantum that suit you.

If bank loan for 2nd residential property is under your name, your name has to be included in the property purchase. Consequently, you are liable for ABSD and minimum sum requirements.
