Hi Guru,
My Husband had already bought a 5RM HDB resale flat at an open market at Bedok, in year 1999 with a $30k CPF Housing grant but had sold off the unit in 2009 Dec due to a divorce with his ex-wife. As for me i have not purchased any HDB flats or private properties. My husband and i are intending to buy a new BTO HDB flat around Sengkang or Punggol area. Since we are a married couple now, will the both of us be considered as a 1st time applicant for BTO Flats? Since i will be the 1st owner will i be considered as a second applcant for BTO since we are married couple now. Do we need to pay levy any cash amount in order to purchase a new HDB flat?
