Dear Mr Ong,

This can be done quite simply. As HDB regulations require you to sell your private condo within 6 months from taking possession of your HDB, we can plan this out accordingly. Finances portion will need to be sorted out and as long as you have make provisions for it, purchase of HDB can be worked out. The first and foremost thing is to get your condo into shape for sale in order to achieve the best pricing. Wherever possible, please allow me sometime to share more information about what my team at Masters Of Real Estate can bring to our clients which our competitors don't, on top of the conventional marketing activities (online media and newspaper).

HI Mr Ong,

The selling will take about 3-4 months.

HDB will have no issue if you fully paid your flat.

In your case, I would suggest you to sell first. I have handled similar cases like yours and the transaction went smoothly without having my owners to find a interim rental.

Feel free to contact me for further discussion.

Thank you.
