Hi Guru, I am looking into selling my current hougang 3room unit to pay for my BTO. I was wondering if i should sell off my flat in the later years as the demand in the market is low now or sell off Asap as the demand will be even lower with more BTO coming up. What will the trend be in the market? Secondly, i will like to enquire on how the new Valuation after sale proceudre will affect me as seller and how long does it normally take to get a buyer.
