Four year ago, our family bought a resale HDB under my wife's name as a owner who is a SC and I am a SPR as a occupant.
We are planning to buy a condo next year after the 5 years MOP. What is the best way to avoid paying the ABSD? If I am now converting to SC and buy the condo under my name as owner. Do I need to pay the ABSD in the view that I am only the occupant of the HDB?
