Following up on an earlier query on One Shenton. This query is wrt to the Clift.
When is it expected to TOP? I heard 4Q2010. Some say 1Q2011. Are there 2-BR units (750+ sf) available in the $1600-$1800? Not really worried about facing, flr or unit (except Chinese inauspicious numbers) etc? Looking for rental potential (corporate leasing preferable) in the near term.
PS: I can wait. Not in the market for fire-sale unless a gem comes by.
