Hi, during my property hunting for penthouse units in D15/ D16, i was told differently by various agents about void areas. Some said the voids are included in total floor area count while some said not included. Please advise as obviously it affects psf and thus buying decisions.

Hi, I think you are referring to the balcony area ? It would also depend on which year the condo was built. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Hi,

Since you are hunting for penthouse unit, you properly are referring to the high ceiling which also termed as void area. Majority of the units does include these air space in the floor area, except for small minority. Thus it is dependent on each project.
