Hi, currently I am staying in a condo. And I like to invest in a smaller 1-2 bedroom private condo as an investment and to gain rental yield. In terms of cash wise, I should be able to afford the cash payment if the condo price falls within 600k. But what other consideration should i make. Can i not touch my CPF and get a 90% loan from the bank if both me and wife has a stable income currently? What property should I look at to ensure a rental yield. Thanks.
