Can you roughly estimate base on market value how much can I sell my 5I at bedok north ave 2. very min renovation and low floor. I am looking at $680K just to make somewhere $60K to $70K for my next resale flat of 4NG in bedok.

Hi Owner,

To be very frank with you, at a sale price of $680k, it is a very huge challenge. Past transactions had been around $630k for high floor units in that sector.

In addition that you mentioned that your unit is low floor and not in move in condition. So do you really think you can fetch $680k from the sale?

I will just suggest first why not you do a valuation first to find out how much your unit worth before proceeding further.

Let's take one step at a time. With such a high asking, i will recommend you not to sign any OTP to purchase any resale HDB first. Focus on your sale first.

Afternoon,

The current valuation for unit at Blk 516 is at $575k. Hence it's about $100k from your asking price. At the current market, it's almost impossible to get buyers who will pay such COV for a low floor unit.
You have mentioned that you need $60k to $70k profit for your next purchase, does this tell that you have purchased the unit with very high loan?
