hi, can someone give me some advise.
i have returned the unit i was renting over a month ago and till today the deposit refund has not been returned. I have now left singapore and unfortunately cannot follow up with the agent personally, but he is not responding to my calls or emails and messages. i dont know the owner direct so am dependent on the agent.
can someone tell me how to handle this to get my money back.
should i report to his agency or to CEA?
