Hi

Both SPR must reach the 3 years rule. In your case will be Sep 19.

It will be very early for a loan application or searches to be done. However, for the latter, you may want to do just to familiarised with the market. As I have worked with numerous SPR/SPR couples, they are quite quick in their decision which I believe come from their experience in looking for a rented place. They knew exactly what they want.

Hi,

You will only be eligible to ink the OTP when both you and your husband have met the requirement of 3 years of PR.

If you are insistent in a HDB resale flat, you can probably start your home search sometime in July or August.

Alternatively, if you do not wish to wait, you might want to consider private condominiums or resale ECs.
