Hi, Both me and my wife, a SPR and we have a condo now using both CPF currently. If i sell my current condo, can i buy a condo using my own cpf? Also can my wife buy another condo using her cpf?
I would like to know, whether single PR (husband and wife) can buy condos on each name separately using individual cpf?

Please help, Thanks SKK.

Morning SKK,

It's definitely possible for both of you to purchase condo under individual names, if budget is not an issue.

With purchase under individual name, the financing will be based one individual's credit and income record, alongside with their age.
