As I'm still serving the HDB 5Y MOP, IF I'm keen in a new condo unit (fren selling), is there a legal agreement which say we set the selling price today, and the title deed change name after my 5Y MOP, while I pay him some deposit for his downpayment, and reimburse him the monthly installment in cash. Is this Do-able? and under the HDB eyes, I dont have an interest in 2nd property. thanks
