You should be expecting figures above $400k, as for how much above, it should depend on the condition of the unit you are selling. For your records, private housing should not be taken as reference or consideration to public housing, however, you can be quite assured if the property demand in the area is well sought after if the project sells well, as it is simply a case of high demand equates to more competitive pricing if supply remains low.

Selling commission is usually 2% of the selling price and the final figure will be subjected to 7% GST. Giving a competitive commission will assist the salesperson in marketing your unit competitively in the market. I will be greatly honored to be able to assist you in the sale of your property.

The selling price will be around $400k - $460k. The nearby D'Leedon will not have any impact on the valuation as the value is based on recent transacted prices, facing and condition of the unit.

The standard commission is 2%+GST, however this is negotiable between you and the agent.
