hi All, We are PR couples bought a resale HDB 3 rooms flat 1 year ago. taken loan from a bank amount of 260K. combined monthly income 8k+ and additional income from subletting 2bed rooms. Would like to buy a condo(2nd property) of ~800k. What are things we need to know? I know we can buy it only after 5 years of styaing in current flat. how about CPF 50k rules? and how much loan you think we can get from the bank? And shall we settle the outstanding loan first ( or at least refinace after 2years lock in period ) or shall we start to plan for 2nd property?
