Hi All, please kindly advice whether we are eligible for buying a private condo/ appartment? Our case is as below: we are couple of SPR and planning to buy one condo as an investment and rent it out after purchase. And we planning to went back Malaysia shortly and PR going to expire by 2020. We might not be able to renew PR by that time if we are not working here. Thus HDB is not suitable for us.
1. Based on our budget limit ($300K-$500K), are there any private condo/appartment available in the market?
2. If there is any affordable unit, will the rental sufficient to cover monthly loan payment?
If there is any other option which might be suitable for us, you could suggest to us too. Thank you in advance for the help and answer.:)
