Hi all,

I'm looking for a 3NG around 67sqm (with 2 bathrooms) HDB resale preferably high floor and corner unit to stay.

View: Unblock, Quiet

Age: Don't mind older units even 1975s like the ones in Holland avenue.

Location: Within 1KM from any of these MRT areas - Redhill,Bukit Merah, Queenstown, Commonwealth, Holland, Buona Vista, Telok Blangah. Doesn't need to be near any MRT physically because I do drive.

If you've 4-rm units ard 80-90sqm, I'm open to it as well.

Do you have any recommendations? Thanks

Hi,

My colleague has a very high floor 3 room HDB 63sqm at Kim Tian Green (Completed in 2012) with magnificent city and sentosa view.

Same floor transacted at $605k.

Owner only asking $580k, below valuation! Owner has never occupied the unit. Good condition. New listing just collected today.

Evening,

I have brought one of my buyer to view a unit at Holland. The unit is on very high floor, unblock view, corner unit, 88sqm. However, the unit is of 4I model.
