Hi all,
I’’m looking to buy a 3 bedroom condo with the following requirements.
1) Min 1000sf, max $1.5mil, for immediate occupation
2) short walk (<300m) from Mrt on the CC and NE line.
3) Looking at condos like Simsville, Quartz, Sunglade etc. Not keen on those beyond Sengkang Stn.
Any suggestions?
