Hi All, I have a unit in Sembawang Dr which is left empty now for the past 8 months, and I am renting a unit in Jurong West. For the past 8 months, we tried to sell it out, either too low price or buyer couldn't get loan approved. My reason of moving to Jurong is because my girl will be studying in one of the Jurong primary school in 2 years time. My question now is : I shall sell the Sembawang unit and hold the cash till 2015 (rumour of housing price will drop) to buy another property or I shall rent out the Sembawang unit until we manage to buy another Jurong unit from HDB, as second timer very low chance in getting a queue no unless EC
