Hi Agents, I plan to sell my Condo unit and expect about $400k going back to my CPF OA. I plan to buy a 4rm resale HDB immediately upon getting the Option Money from Condo sale. How to time it so that I do not have to take a loan from HDB or bank ? I want to pay fully for the HDB 4rm using my OA balance.
