I am a foreigner holding S Pass in Sg now.
28 years old without CPF and any saving yet.
Want to know more:
1) Foreigner only can purchase private condo right ? How about EC?
2) Can i purchase through developer and get discount from them? If so, will developer consider pay for my ABSD and charge me higher for the unit cost so i can pay back to developer by installment? Or no such way?
3) I am a sales engineer earning 2.8K per mth, how much i can boring from bank or other loan?
For example 500K condo i need to prepare around 220k for upfront payment. So i want to find other way to comfort my ABSD if possible.
