The general concern about strata landed project will be the maintenance fees as the project age, where there are only the few units to share the costs of maintaining the project and in some cases, can be significantly high.

In terms of environment, Toh Crescent itself has nice ambiance and environment, given that it is away from city centre, more withdraw from urban living. While some may love this, others may find it inconvenient too. If you have long term plans to be staying in this project, I feel that as long as affordability is within range and the unit ideal for long term stay with your family, this can be a nice home where beautiful memories are made. Nevertheless, if you have plans to dispose this property and move in future, you may wish to consider places where there is good track record in resale transactions.

At $2.6m range, I do agree that you may not have many choices available in the market for selection in terms of landed homes, therefore striking a balance over your needs and other factors will be key in your decision making.
