Hello.
My fiancé currently owns a 5 room resale flat. He bought it under the Single Singapore Citizen scheme 2 years back.
I am 28 this year and do not own any property but I am listed as an occupier in my mother’s flat.
We will be going for ROM in December 2021 but we are looking to buy a condo in 2022.
1. Will this be possible given that his name is now tied to a HDB?
2. Or can I buy a condo in my name despite being married to him?
